     Looking for that little "something" to get you in the Holiday Spirit?  


     If your answer is  "Yes!"... I've got just the thing that will help you, if you live in or are visiting the Chicagoland region,.

     On  Saturday, December 1st,  head to  Naperville, IL for the  "Little Friends: Holiday Parade of Lights".   

     Music will fill the crisp air ...  painted snowmen will dot the whole downtown area of the City ... bright holiday lights will provide a warm holiday glow ... and Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will be greeting children of all ages.  The perfect atmosphere, food, music, and activities to get you in the Holiday Spirit ...
 
  
     The December 1st Downtown Naperville "Little Friends: Holiday Parade of Lights" activities are as scheduled: 



  
        3:45-4:30 pm  ... Singers from area high schools will help entertain the crowd from the Holiday Parade's main stage located at:   Main & Van Buren  

        Holiday tunes will be provided by: Alex Benoit (Naperville North),  Colton Pouncy (Waubonsie), Jenna Davies (Metea) Deanna Wisniewski (Neuqua),  and Hannah Lorimer        (Naperville Central).   Stop by and help support your school or favorite singer!

        4:00-8:00 pm  ...  Complimentary hot chocolate will be available at the Main Street Promenade, (located on  West Van Buren  Avenue) courtesy of the Main Street Promenade and Naperville Dental Specialists!

        4:30 pm  ...  Little Friends Parade of Lights begins!   Parade Emcee Scott Mackay from  95.9FM  - the River,  Katie Wood of the  Downtown Naperville Alliance and Kathleen Malecki from  Little Friends  will be at the Holiday Parade's main stage (located at  Main & Van Buren). 

        The parade route begins from  Water Street, heads north on  Main Street,  then west on Van Buren.  The parade ends at  Eagle Street  near  Naper Elementary School

        5:15 pm  ...  The high school superstars and Show Choirs from the  School of Performing Arts  will sing holiday melodies.  Mr. and Mrs. Claus will return to the Holiday Parade stage to sing along.
 
        5:45-8:00 pm  ...  Santa and Mrs. Claus will visit with children at the Santa House.  Santa House is located at:  Jackson and Webster  near the Riverwalk Holiday Tree.

        5:45-9:00 pm  ...  Many of the shops & restaurants in  Downtown Naperville  will be open.   


      Please note:  It's recommended that you make reservations early, should you hope to eat at a  Downtown Naperville restaurants  during the hours of the  "Little Friends:  Holiday Parade of  Lights"  event.  Restaurants are busy!
